How Diclofenac + Linseed Oil + Menthol + Methyl Salicylate + Thiocolchicoside Works Diclofenac + Linseed Oil + Menthol + Methyl Salicylate + Thiocolchicoside is a combination of five medicines: Diclofenac, Linseed Oil, Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, and Thiocolchicoside, which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Linseed Oil has anti-inflammatory properties, thereby reducing inflammation in cases of arthritis. Menthol and Methyl Salicylate are used as topical analgesics (pain relievers). They first cool the skin and then warm it up, which interferes with the transmission of pain signals through the nerves. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms and to improve pain and movement in the muscles.
