How it Works

How Tadalafil and Dapoxetine work Tadalafil and Dapoxetine is a combination of two medications: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which are used to treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, enabling an erection. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases serotonin levels in the nerves, improving control over ejaculation and extending the time taken to ejaculate.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine include nausea, headache, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dizziness, diarrhea, dyspepsia, back pain, muscle pain, nasal congestion (stuffy nose), and limb pain.

  • You have been prescribed Tadalafil + Dapoxetine for the treatment of:
    • Premature ejaculation
    • Erectile dysfunction
  • Take the medication 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity.
