Myconorm CV Tablet is a combination medicine indicated for the syndromic treatment of vaginal discharge. It works by killing and stopping the growth of microorganisms that cause the infection. This way it helps speed up the healing process and prevent future infection. Myconorm CV Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. The dose and duration of the treatment will depend on the severity of your condition. Sometimes this will be in cycles of use and non-use. To get the most benefit, take this medicine at evenly spaced times and continue using it until your prescription is finished, even if your symptoms disappear after a few days. If you stop treatment too early, the infection may return. Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, and abdominal pain. These are not usually serious and generally resolve on their own. How it works
Myconorm CV Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Clindamycin, Clotrimazole, Tinidazole and Lactobacillus Sporogenes which treat vaginal infections. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medicine that stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering. Tinidazole is also an antibiotic that kills other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a live micro-organism that maintains the vaginal tract in a healthy condition.
